Merchandise must be returned within 14 days. Tags must be attached and the garment must be free of dirt, makeup, stains, smells, etc.

All items marked SALE, are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return, exchanges, or store credits.


 
•For all returns please allow 3-5 business days to process your return once we receive it at our store in Pine Island, MN.


• To start your return please email info@ontrendwithnicole.com. Be sure to include your item name, order number, and reason for the return/exchange. We also ask that you include your returning tracking number via USPS/UPS. This helps to track the package in transit. Again, we are not responsible for item(s) lost in transition.

Damages - 


Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. We stand behind our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with them! 

If your item(s) are damage or if there is an issue with your garment(s) please contact our returns team within 3 business days. This way we can get any problems resolved for you as soon as possible! 
 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

 

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

• Merchandise must have the original tags still attached.

• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.

• Merchandise must be free of dirt, makeup, stains, smells, etc. 

• Merchandise marked as FINAL SALE is not eligible for store credit or return.

•All returns via snail mail should be mailed within 3 days of the date you receive your item to ensure it is received at our warehouse within 14 days. Please be sure to email us your tracking number as soon as you send your package. This will begin your refund process.
